Capsule Collection for Charter Club
A first-place product lineup to be manufactured and sold in the winter of 2026, based on a thorough understanding of the target customer.
In a cultural moment defined by a return to joy and intentional living, Creative Comforts invites women to build their own whimsical rituals, dress intuitively, and find magic in life's little details.
Easy silhouettes, pops of playful color, and traditionally inspired Fair Isle prints celebrate cozy, wholesome living. Each piece tells the story of a woman following her bliss—whether she’s practicing an artistic endeavor in a luxuriously soft knit midi skirt, sipping hot chocolate in a plush fleece jacket at a ski lodge, or journaling at home with a warm mocha in a chic, cozy pant.
I started by diving into Charter Club's competitive product landscape and customer, making sure I fully understood their needs. I looked across the runway, private label, and Charter Club's previous assortment.
For conceptual development purposes, I independently created a technical package outlining construction details, measurements, materials, and specifications.
★ My design for the Cashmere Charter Club x Macy’s competition was awarded First Place, recognized for its strong commercial appeal and alignment with the Charter Club customer.
★ Following the win, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with the design team to bring the garment from concept to production. I worked alongside the team to refine colorways, ensuring the final palette aligned with seasonal direction and customer demand while maintaining the integrity of the original design vision.
★ Through this process, I gained hands-on experience in translating a competition concept into a production-ready garment that successfully moved into retail stores.
